The websites are best viewed on Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) or Internet Explorer 9 (IE9). Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) users should turn on the "Compatibility Mode" to make sure the websites display correctly. The websites can also be viewed using most other latest browsers, although NABERS is unable to guarantee the performance on other browsers.
System Requirements for NABERS Rate
Operating system: NABERS Rate is designed to operate with Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. NABERS is unable to guarantee the performance of the NABERS Rate program running on operating systems that vary from the above or on a Mac machine.
Important notice for NABERS Rate users:
Version 1.6.1.0 of NABERS Rate has been released on the 15/02/2016.
Please check the current version of NABERS Rate you are using by going from within
NABERS Rate’s top menu bar to ‘Help’ > ‘About NABERS Rate’.
If you are working in version 1.6.0.0 or below, run ‘Tools’ > ‘Check for updates’ to obtain
the latest version of the software.
Note: You must ensure that your rating applications meet the latest version requirements after the upgrade. Open all your current editable ratings in NABERS Rate, navigate through each page and re-calculate values where applicable. Please make sure that any data entry user is also working on the latest version of the software at all times.
